Huong Nguyen
Huong is a co-CEO of ALV and serves as the operations-management executive for the company. With 30 years of experience in corporate leadership and management, she has a diverse cross-cultural background, a deep sensitivity to international marketplaces, and expertise in Asia geography, markets, and management. Huong has extensive hands-on experience in business development in Vietnam and Japan, as well as marketing, distribution, and brand management in Asian economies. In addition to her role at ALV, she is also the co-CEO of Hondalex, a joint venture between Honda Metal Industries of Japan/Vietnam and LongVan, the largest distributor of Japanese-technology infused and extruded aluminum in Vietnam. Huong also holds the position of co-CEO at LongVan.
Vinh Nguyen
Vinh is a co-CEO of ALV and serves as the chief engineering executive for the company. With a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach, he is an accomplished international sales and marketing professional with extensive executive experience in business development and financial operations. Vinh is a skilled troubleshooter and problem-solver who has a keen ability to identify issues clearly and focus on effective solutions. He is a strong intercultural communicator who is well-versed in cross-cultural business practices and has a proven track record of successful collaboration with business partners. Vinh is fluent in Vietnamese, French, and English, and has a solid understanding of Chinese and Japanese. Thuy-Van Campbell
Thuy-Van is a highly experienced C.E.O of ALV and President of Associated Machine and Fabrication in Auburn, WA. With extensive knowledge in optimizing organizational processes, measurement systems, and infrastructure, she has successfully maximized business results in manufacturing and service operations worldwide. She has a proven track record of building start-up divisions, growing business lines, and streamlining operations through deal transactions. Thuy-Van is a skilled intercultural communicator who is proficient in cross-cultural business practices and known for her ability to collaborate with business partners. She is fluent in both Vietnamese and English, and has an understanding of Chinese and Korean. Prior to her current role, Thuy-Van served as the CEO of Loval, the international arm of LongVan, the largest distributor of Japanese-technology infused and extruded aluminum in Vietnam from 2005-2012.
